Investigating a Light Station is a curriculum module that utilizes Project Archaeology’s Investigating Shelter. Students learn about the importance of lighthouses in our coastal history as well as what it was like to live and work at one. They will also examine real artifacts from excavations at the St. Augustine Lighthouse to explore how archaeology can teach us about the past.

Please visit the Project Archaeology website to learn more about the Investigating Shelter series.
