Description: Shipwrecks been have occurring for tens of thousands of years. From the forgotten times when people first ventured from the safety of shore, the possibility and the reality of shipwreck has been part of the human experience. This one night pop-up exhibit developed by University of West Florida honors undergraduate students explores the shipwreck from many personal, cultural, and disciplinary vantage points. This pop-up exhibit is the culmination of an interdisciplinary honors seminar lead by UWF History Department Dr. John Jensen.
